The younger British royal, Prince Harry is said to be badly smitten by ‘The Three Musketeers’ babe, Gabriella Wilde and doing everything possible to woo the gorgeous, long-legged blonde, claims The Sun.

However, the eligible bachelor’s gallant attempts have so far been all in vain. The 23-year-old stunner is understood to be chary of becoming a royal girlfriend, disclose Harry’s buddies.

The scenario looks so much like how it has been with Chelsy Davy, his former proud girl friend. A source affirmed recently: “Harry is a huge fan of Gabriella — and she likes Harry a lot. But she is very wary of becoming another Kate Middleton'

According to the same source, Gabriella has seen how the spotlight is constantly on Harry’s sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, without an iota of privacy for her.“She is put off by the huge glare of the spotlight that surrounds everything Kate does,” added the source.

Gabriella of Basingstoke, Hants is the daughter of wealthy businessman John Austen Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe and has been educated privately. The stylish actress and model’s real name is a mouthful - Gabriella Zanna Vanessa Anstruther Gough Calthorpe Wilde.

She become famous after acting in the film ‘The Three Musketeers’ in which she played the character of Constance opposite Orlando Bloom. The movie was released last year.She has earlier played the role of a vampire on television in ‘Doctor Who.’ She is currently shooting for the remake of the 1976 horror film ‘Carrie.’

 

There have been a series of glamorous blondes in Prince Harry’s life ever since he split from his long-term girlfriend Chelsy Davy, five years ago. Some reports even claimed that they have rekindled their affair, but it  was not really the truth. 

Prince William's younger brother’s love interest, apparently, also includes another actress-cum-model Florence Brudenell-Bruce, 26. Just few months back, he had admitted that it was sometimes lonely being a Prince and that he longed to have his own kids. 

Gabriella and her half-sister Isabella also an actress, have been once regarded as the two most eligible girls in Britain.The sisters have been glorified by Tatler magazine as “quite possibly the glossiest, silkiest duo you’ll ever meet”

Meanwhile, hearing all these accolades Gabriella is said to be very embarrassed. She said she was perplexed by the praise as was her sister Isabella, 32. Isabella is now engaged to be married to airline baron, Richard Branson’s son, Sam, 26. 

Gabriella exclaimed shyly: “I don’t understand why I got anywhere near such a list … It’s the same with my sister Isabella — we both avoid the society thing.” Further she explained: “We never go to parties, we never hang out in the clubs associated with all that — we are incredibly private.” 

Probably that private aspect of her personality is what must have appealed so much to Prince Harry, who is so much in awe of his sister-in-law Kate Middleton. Probably he may be seeing a lot of her in Gabriella’s personality.
