The cat is out of the bag with
regard to Prince William and Kate’s plans for their first wedding anniversary,
barely two days away. According to grapevine, the royal couple will be
attending a friend’s party the night prior to the most memorable day in their life.

When inquired by UK Press
Association on how Prince William and Kate plan to celebrate their one-year anniversary
of their wedding on Sunday, a St James’s Palace spokesman inadvertently let slip: “They will spend the weekend with friends who have a
celebration.”
This little tit-bit has now added to the
speculation about the royal anniversary in the media. Naturally this clue is
more than sufficient for the UK media hounds to sniff out which friends are
special enough to be granted the august presence of the Duke and Duchess of
Cambridge on the eve of their first
wedding anniversary.
While no additional details
have been published, Press Association, however, also mentions with some degree
of authority that the day after the party, Prince William and Kate “will travel
back to their home in North Wales on Sunday to
celebrate their anniversary privately.”
This
latest information effectively puts pay to the earlier speculation that Prince William
and Kate were planning on retreating to Balmoral and celebrating their wedding
anniversary in the privacy of the Queen’s stunning Scottish estate.
